Remark:

  1. Pricing is subject to availability at the time of booking and may be subject to Event surcharges.  
  2. A final price will be confirmed with the booking confirmation. 
  3. Amendments: Once a booking has been confirmed, one amendment is permitted without charge. 
    Subsequent amendments will incur a fee of NZD150 per file. Amendments made within 7 days of travel will incur a charge of NZD250 per file.
  4. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will incur the loss of deposit.
  5. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total price
  6. Certain products, such as luxury accommodation, may have different payment or cancellation terms and these will be advised at the time of booking.
  7. Refunds are not available on any unused services unless extenuating circumstances apply in which case the decision will be made by the service supplier.  Please appreciate weather interruptions are beyond everyone's control but we will do what ever possible to find the most suitable solution.
    Accommodation is based on a room with private facilities unless otherwise indicated and Kiwiway reserves the right to allocate the applicable accommodation provider within each accommodation category type.
  8. Generally up to two children under 12 years, sharing a room in existing bedding with parents may travel at 50% of the adult cost.
  9. Meals: Unless specifically mentioned, meals are not included in the tour price.
  10. Rental vehicle hire: Self drive rental vehicle touring is calculated on a 24 hour ‘per day’ hire period.  Early flight arrival and/or late departure times may necessitate an additional hire day.
  11. International or domestic airfares are not included in any tour costs. The cost of gratuities, insurance, optional sightseeing, excess baggage charges, laundry, drinks, airport taxes, meals (except where indicated) and items of a personal nature are also not included.
