Cancellation Policies

Please note that amendments or cancellations for all bookings (including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services) are generally chargeable. All amendments and cancellations are subject to our service providers' terms and conditions, availability, and applicable penalties. The customer shall bear any fare differences or additional charges arising from amendments.

Subject to the hotel's cancellation policy, eligible hotel booking cancellations will be refunded to the customer's original payment method used for the booking.

An administration fee of RM120 per person will be charged by Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. This RM120 administration fee will be credited directly to the customer's Mayflower Travel Wallet with a validity period of 1 year for future use. Any remaining refundable balance, after deducting the service provider's cancellation penalties, will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.
