CUCHI TUNNELS are approximately 250 KM stretches from Ho Chi Minh City until the Cambodian boarders.

  • War Remnants Museum, established in 1975 ~ this museum is not for the fainthearted as it houses harrowing displays of weapons and photographs from the American War; with displays outside the building of various U.S. military hardware like tanks, jets, helicopters, and howitzers.

  • Independence Palace, also publicly known as Reunification Convention Hall, is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon), Vietnam. It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of the Republic of (South) Vietnam. It was the site of the fall of Saigon on 30 April 1975 that ended the Vietnam War, when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates and the palace became a monument to that historic date.

  • Saigon Central Post Office ~ the building was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina; it was constructed between 1886 and 1891. It counts Gothic, Renaissance, and French influences the vaulted roof and arched windows lend a classic look reminiscent of European Railway stations and are now a tourist attraction.

  • Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon ~ Notre Dame Cathedral in Saigon, built by French colonists between 1863 and 1880. It has two bell towers, standing at 58 meters. Imported materials from France. Carved tiles from Marseille and Saigon. Stained-glass windows supplied by Lorin firm. Strong foundation supports cathedral's weight.

  • Saigon Square Market & Ben Thanh Market ~ the market sells everything from ceramics, clothes, watches, lighters, t-shirts, coffee, handbags, shoes, conical hats, custom-made suits, and dresses to noodle soup and fruit smoothies. Guests may enjoy free time for shopping activities here.

  • Transfer to My Tho Marina Pier.

  • Cruise on the Tien River and enjoy the scenery of the four islets: Long, Lan, Quy, and Phung. Pass by floating fish farms and view the Rach Mieu Bridge.

  • Arrive at Thoi Son Islet: walk along village paths, visit fruit orchards, taste seasonal tropical fruits, and enjoy Southern folk music (“Đờn ca tài tử”).

  • Take a rowing sampan through shaded canals, visit a honeybee farm to try honey tea & banana wine.

  • Continue to Ben Tre: visit a coconut candy workshop and local handicraft villages.
