Birthplace to the indigenous Kelabits, Bario is located in the heart of Borneo. The highland is home to many Kelabits still living in traditional longhouses located in the centre of the Bario Highlands.
Bario sits approximately 1200 metres above sea level.

Morning flight to Bario (Take note of the different flights). Arrive Bario, pick-up and transfer to check-in at The Ngimat Ayu House Bario. After breakfast, walk-about in Pekan Bario, visit Salt Spring. Lunch at the homestay, free & easy self Bario discovery.

After breakfast, climb Prayer Mountain and visit Penan Halfway Home Settlement at Arur Dalan. Lunch at the Homestay. Visit Wind Chapel at SMK Bario that was built to commemorate the Bario revival at the school in 1973, Gereja Umum, other villages in Bario Valley and pineapple farm, perhaps pluck your own Bario pineapple fruit to bring home.
Free & easy, while dinner awaits you at the homestay.
After breakfast, packed & ready for transfer to Bario Airport for a flight to Miri. End of service.
