• Room and bed type is subject to availability upon reservation.

• Rate subject to change based on hotel occupancy.

• Child rate applied to kids from 4 to 11 years old. Child below 4 years is considered Infant (no charges apply except transportation).

• Full payment and Full name as per IC/passport is required upon reservation.

• Non-Refundable or Non-Transferrable MYR 200 Deposit per person shall be made to guarantee the reservation. In the event deposit dateline overdue, reservation will be cancelled automatically without notice.

• Change of dates of your reservation may result in a rate change and agent handling fee.

• Security Deposit MYR 100 per room per night refundable security deposit collected upon check-in. Please keep the receipt and return it upon check out for a refund.

• Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as follows:

  • More than 30 days before arrival, deposit forfeited

  • 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total fare

  • Below 14 days before arrival 100 % of the total fare

• Peak Season Surcharge applied: MYR 80 per person (Weekend : Fri & Sat), School Holiday)

• Super Peak Season Surcharge applied: MYR 100 per person (Eve & Public Holiday, Long Weekend holiday)

• Booking period: Immediate until 15 Oct 2025

• Travel period: 28 Feb 2025 until 06 Oct 2025 (Except 10-12 Apr & 09-10 Oct 2025)
