Visitor Tips

• Bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and extra clothes.

• Food & drinks available onsite; outside food is not permitted. 

• Cabana, tube, and locker rentals are extra.

• Monitor weather—rides close temporarily during thunderstorms or poor visibility.

Terms and Condition:

• Our rate is applicable throughout Weekdays & Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays. 
• Waterpark are closed on every Wednesday, except on School Holidays & Public Holidays. 
• Children tickets bought for those that exceed 130cm will not be entertained. New adult tickets need to be purchased in order to enter the park. 
• Rates quoted exclude the rental of Cabana, Tubes and Lockers. 
• Waterpark customers will enjoy the waterpark facilities and rides from 10.00am to 6.00pm everyday, including on Weekends, School Holidays and Public Holidays. 
• All monies paid shall not be refunded in lieu of the Park(s) closure for: Slides and rides for maintenance, bad weather and/or due to unforeseen circumstances, safety issues governing the parks employees or the patrons, change in entry fee or another other governing matter does not state therein.

• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed into the park.
