Guest Policy

• Child: Guest with a height between 90cm to 120cm.
• Adult: Guest with a height above 120cm.
• Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above.

Terms and Condition

• Guest must follow the general park rules and regulations for SplashMania, Gamuda Cove.
• Ticket price includes all rides EXCEPT for pay-per-ride activities (Surf Mania, Zoomi’s Runway & Sky Leap)
• FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height with paying adult.
• Child: Guest with a height between 90cm to 120cm.
• Adult: Guest with a height above 120cm.
• Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above.
• Guests with Disabilities (OKU): Guests with disability certificate.
• Guest below the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 and above.
• Outside food and drinks are strictly not allowed.
• Glass or any sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited.
• No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes are allowed.
• Guest is solely responsible for their own belongings.
• No refunds for inclement weather.
• Only approved swimwear is allowed. No exposed zipper, buckles or rivets.
• Guest must use a tube or sliding mat to go on certain slides and attractions. Please read all ride’s signages and adhere accordingly.
• Queue up and wait for your turn to get onto slides or rides.
• Most rides have height and weight restrictions. Please read all ride’s restriction signages and adhere accordingly.
• CAUTION: Guest with any existing medical health condition or has self-imposed restrictions on their physical activity, or who are overweight for the body type or under “doctor’s care” should not go on any rides or attractions.
• CAUTION: Certain attractions contain bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. Guest who are sensitive to these conditions or with a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid these attractions.
• Locker rental is available at your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
• Fighting and abusive language are strictly not permitted in SplashMania.
• Gamuda Land Leisure’s Management (“Management”) reserves the right to stop any picture-taking or video recording and confiscate any materials if deem inappropriate
• The Management will not be liable for any loss, injuries or death.
• The Management reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to leave the park due to infraction of the rules or is caught in an unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviour.
• The Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the park, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activities without prior notice.
