• Weekends, School and Public Holidays: 10:00 am till 11:00 pm

• Closed on Tuesday, except on Malaysian school & public holidays.

• Surcharge of MYR 40 per room per night is applicable during Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Labour Day, Agong’s Birthday, Hari Raya Haji, Merdeka Day, Malaysia Day)

• Rate inclusive of 6% Service Tax; excludes Malaysian Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night, charges in accordance with the Tourism Act.

• Theme Park

• Child denotes those above 90cm in height and 12 years old below (Proof of age required)

• Senior Citizen denotes those from 60 years and above is eligible to enjoy Child rate (Proof of age required)

• Free admission for children below 90cm in height. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.

• Re-entry to the park is NOT ALLOWED and all park visitors; wristband will be removed upon exit.

• Price difference will be charged for entry (based on online admission ticket price) in the event that identification  was not provided.

• Strictly NO revalidation, refund and cancellation of tickets will be allowed.
