Activity
Arrive at Istanbul Airport. Then take a domestic flight to Cappadocia.  After that, visit Kaymaklı Underground City. In the 14th century AD when Turkey was under siege by the Byzantines, the citizens moved into the caves to hide from the Arabs. Before the Byzantine era, Turkey was under the rule of the Romans and they primarily adopted the Catholic religion. Fearful of the Byzantines who led under Islamic law, Christians moved into the caves to hide from the Islamic invaders. Then visit the majestic Ihlara Canyon to gaze at the natural beauty of the valley complemented by rock-hewn churches and other rock-cut buildings. End-of-the-day, proceed in your comfortable transfer back to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, depart from the hotel for a full-day private sightseeing tour of Cappadocia. Visit the Uc Guzeller, famed for its fairy chimneys; Devrent Valley, which has various types of fairy chimneys; Pasabaglari (Monk’s Valley), where we will see many fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps can be found here.  Then visit Zelve Open Air Museum, Avanos and Goreme Open Air Museum.  End your day with a photo stop at Uchisar castle, the highest point in the region.

Activity
Depart from the hotel for a full-day tour of Cappadocia.  Visit Rose Valley to admire the natural beauty of volcanic rock formations (fairy chimneys) formed thousands of years ago. Proceed to Ortahisar Castle, the most majestic fairy chimney in Cappadocia located at the highest point of the region. Finally, Pigeon Valley awaits you with its popular tiny pigeon houses carved from soft stone.

Activity
Drive to Pamukkale via Konya. In Konya, visit the Tomb of Mevlana, the world-wide famous mystic figure. Then visit the Karatay Medrese, which was completed in AD 1251 was put into the service of the public as a museum in 1955.  The walls of the building itself are adorned with ceramic tiles.  Then continue to Pamukkale.

Activity
After breakfast, visit the ruins of Hierapolis including the magnificently preserved cemetery “Necropolis”, the main streets and gates, the thermal baths, the Roman theatre and the museum. Continue to Ephesus. Visit to the ancient site of Ephesus, one of the most impressive and well-preserved archaeological sites in the world. Then visit House of the Virgin Mary, where St. Mary is supposed to spend her last years together with St. John.

Activity
Enjoy a scenic ride to Pergamum ( Ephesus ).  Visit the historical site of Asclepion where people of ancient Greece and Rome came for healing at the awe-gazing courtyard and tunnels. Proceed to Acropol to understand the rich history of Turkiye and its significance with Roman and Greek culture. Finally, transfer back to your hotel as you prepare for your return to your home country.
