Terms & Conditions:

• All rates above are subjected to 6% sales & services tax (SST) (not inclusive)

• Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding Mypr holder) are subject to Malaysian tourism tax (TTX), a surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to the Resort

• Minimum 4 nights require for the month of July and August.

• Travelling period starting from 1st February 2023 till 31th of October 2023

• To secured booking, a deposit of 50% is to be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.

• Full payment to be received at least 5 days prior to arrival

All ferry transfers and time are subjected to weather conditions and subjected to change.

Tuna Bay Island Resort is not liable to any cancellation of ferry trips due to weather factors.
