• Room and bed type is subject to availability upon confirmation

• Rate subject to change based on hotel occupancy

• A surcharge of MYR 60 per adult per night / MYR 30 per child per night for booking during Friday & Saturday

• A surcharge of MYR 80 per adult per night / MYR 40 per child per night for booking during School Holidays & Public Holidays (1-18 March, 24-28 April, 27-31 May, 1-3 June, 29 June, 26-31 August, 1-2 Sept )

• A surcharge of MYR 140 per adult per night / MYR 70 per child per night for booking during Super Peak Season (22 & 23 Apr, 29 & 30 Apr, 4 June)

• Full payment and Full name as per IC/passport is required upon reservation

• If your new travelling date's package or room rate is higher than your original travelling date, you will be charged the difference.

• Change of dates of your reservation may result in a rate change and agent handling fee

• Subject to Tourism Tax (TTX) at MYR 10 per room per night. 

• No amendment & no cancellation is allowed after the booking is confirmed

• Conservation Fund MYR 5 per person to Marine Park Centre is NOT included

• Snorkeling equipment is NOT included in all the packages. 

• Non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show
