Important Notes

• Standard room Check-In time: 2 PM.

• Standard room Check-Out time: 10 AM.

• Diving is subjected to our dive schedules and regulations from our dive centre.

• There will be no boat dives on arrival and no diving on departure day.

• No diving activity allow for Non-Diver Package.

• Child who is below 3 years old will be free of charge / Child 3-11 years old is to pay 50% from Non-Diver Package (Must occupy same room with parents) / Child who is 12 yrs old and above will be charged as adult rate.

• Guest can only take Diver or Non Diver package and NO combining package is allowed except for guests taking diving courses.

• Single traveler is subjected to pay single room supplement of 50% surcharge from the whole package and has to follow our scheduled land and boat transfer with other paying guests. If not, there will be an additional charge of RM212 for private land transfer per way (Tawau Aiport-Semporna jetty or Semporna jetty-Tawau Airport) and RM636 per way (Semporna-Mabul or Mabul-Semporna) for private boat transfer. 

• Due to the permit restrictions whereby the resort only has an allocation of 12 permits, we can only guarantee one day diving to Sipadan Island if you stay a minimum of a 5 Days and 4 Nights Package. Each room will be guaranteed 2 Sipadan permits only and the fee is RM 140 per person per day entry.

• Children below 12 years old of age are NOT guaranteed for Sipadan permit even if they stay 4 nights package and above unless if they pay adult price. Sipadan permit allocation is based on resort discretion and group bookings are not guaranteed to go Sipadan on the same day.

• Any extra entry request to Sipadan will be subjected to availability at a first come first serves basis request during booking at an additional cost of RM530 per person per trip (inclusive of one day Sipadan permit and boat fee) to be paid at the resort. This can only be confirmed 3 days before arrival.

• We reserve the rights and final decision to proceed or abort any dives or activities for safety reasons or subjected to bad weather or sea conditions, poor visibility and divers’ own physical abilities is compromise, example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.

• We practice a NO flying within 24 hours after diving with us. 

Standard ground and boat transfer schedule:

• On arrival:

  • Two times land transfer from Tawau airport to Semporna:1) 0830 hrs   2) 1030 hrs

  • Two times boat transfer from Semporna to Mabul Island: 1) 1000 hrs    2) 1230 hrs

• On departure:

  • Two times boat transfer from Mabul Island to Semporna: 1) 1130 hrs   2) 1330 hrs

  • Two times land transfer from Semporna to Tawau airport:1) 1230 hrs  2) 1430 hrs
