• Semporna Jetty Fee : MYR 2 per Malaysian / MYR 10 per Non-Malaysian

• Diving is subjected to our dive schedules and regulations from our dive Centre.

• There will be no boat dives on arrival and no diving on departure day.

• No diving activity allow for Non-Diver Package.

• Sipadan Island will be closed for diving or snorkeling in November every year starting from year 2020 for conservation purpose as per Sabah Parks’ notice issued on the 9th Jan 2020. This may be subjected to change under their discretion.

• Child who is below 3 years old will be free of charge / Child 3-11 years old is to pay 50% from Non-Diver Package (Must occupy same room with parents) / Child who is 12 yrs old and above will be charged as adult rate.

• Guest can only take Diver or Non Diver package and NO combining package is allowed except for guests taking diving courses.

• Children below 12 years old of age are NOT guaranteed for Sipadan permit unless they pay for the Sipadan Package (adult price). Sipadan permit allocation is based on resort discretion and group bookings are not guaranteed to go to Sipadan on the same day.

• Request for extra Sipadan day diving/snorkeling can be made upon booking and subject to availability on a first come first serve basis.

• Request for extra Sipadan day diving/snorkeling after checking in at resort can also be made with resort reception. If available, an additional cost of RM750.00 per person per trip (inclusive of one day Sipadan permit and boat fee) can be paid at the resort.

• Each diver with one day Sipadan permit can only do 2 dives daily

• Only divers with minimum Advanced Open Water level certification are allowed to dive at Sipadan.

• Diver who wishes to dive at Sipadan will need to apply and pay for a permit whereby the allocation and approval is under the management of Sabah Parks

• We reserve the rights and final decision to proceed or abort any dives or activities for safety reasons or subjected to bad weather or sea conditions, poor visibility and divers’ own physical abilities is compromise, example injuries, intoxication, hangovers and others.

• We practice a NO flying within 24 hours after diving with us. 

• Single traveler is subjected to pay single room supplement of 50% surcharge from the whole package and has to follow our scheduled land and boat transfer with other paying guests. If not, there will be an additional charge of RM212 for private land transfer per way (Tawau Aiport-Semporna jetty or Semporna jetty-Tawau Airport) and RM636 per way (Semporna-Mabul or Mabul-Semporna) for private boat transfer.

Standard ground and boat transfer schedule:

• On arrival:

  • Two times land transfer from Tawau airport to Semporna:1) 0830 hrs   2) 1030 hrs

  • Two times boat transfer from Semporna to Mabul Island: 1) 1000 hrs    2) 1230 hrs

• On departure:

  • Two times boat transfer from Mabul Island to Semporna: 1) 1130 hrs   2) 1330 hrs

  • Two times land transfer from Semporna to Tawau airport:1) 1230 hrs  2) 1430 hrs

*Please book flight arriving Tawau Airport before 1030AM and departing Tawau Airport after 4PM
