Travel Regulations:

• Apply for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) at least 3 days before your trip: Malaysians are required to obtain a K-ETA before entering the Republic of Korea. Malaysians can apply for a K-ETA online - The k-ETA application fee is 10,000KRW (additional charges are not included) and it is non-refundable if the application is rejected. Kindly apply for your K-ETA as early as you can as approvals may be delayed.

• Fill out the Health Questionnaire and Travel Record Declaration (Special Quarantine Report) on board the plane - Q-code (Quarantine Covid-19 Defence)

Remarks: 

• Menu & Itinerary are subject to change depending on local conditions and flight schedules.

• Gyeongbok palace can be changed to Changdeok palace on Tuesday.

• Any unused service is not refundable.

• For the person who can not pass the immigration at the International airport, the tour fare will not be refunded.

• Compulsory Shopping Tour Regulation - If the person does not join shopping centers, a Penalty surcharge will be applied as follow.

• Cancellation:

  • Notice of trip cancellations received more than 20 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 0% of the total tour package price.

  • Notice of trip cancellations received more than 15 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour package price.

  • Notice of trip cancellations received more than 08 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour package price.

  • Notice of trip cancellations received more than 04 days prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour package price.

  • Notice of trip cancellations received more than 01 day prior to departure are subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total tour package price.

  • Notice of trip cancellations received on departure date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour package price

• Mayflower does not accept responsibility for losses or expenses incurred due to delays by bad weather and other unforeseen incidents.

• Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to charge you an administration fee of not more than RM100 per person to cover the administration costs incurred by Mayflower Holidays Sdn Bhd for all amendments or cancellations.

• In the event of cancellation, the refund amount will be in the form of a "Travel Wallet". Any handling fees incurred are non-refundable. Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. will evaluate the specific case and has the absolute right to decide whether it should be refunded.
