Visiting one of Indonesia’s famous volcanoes has been one of the dreams for visitors – you will be visiting Mount Merapi. Begins with a short drive to Kaliadem village, where you will be jumping up to your 4WD Jeep and explore the villages through the lava road to Merapi Bunker – the closest point to enjoy the amazing view of Mt. Merapi. Spends sometime for photo taking at this instagrambale photogenic spot before explore further the area to visit Alien Stone and Sisa Hartaku mini Museum features the story of local victim’s heritages during the Merapi eruption in 2010. Photo stop will also be made at the “The Lost World Castle”, a medieval stone fort, with geology exhibits & views of the Merapi volcano. Back to the Jeep basecamp, continue journey to Magelang region. Visits Mendut Temple, a 9th century Buddhist temple. The temple is located about 3kms east from Borobudur. Mendut, Borobudur and Pawon, all of which are Buddhist temples, are located in one straight line. This Buddhist temple was built in 824A.D. Until this day is it still used to celebrate Vesak day. Close to the Mendut Temple is the Mendut Buddhist Monastery which has a very nice peaceful garden for retreats with many Buddha’s statues all over the place includes Sleeping Buddha statue. Your first impression upon entering through the gates of the monastery will be an almost immediate sense of peacefulness and tranquility. Learn the story and enjoying phot taking at some instagramable spot. Later drive passing by the Borobudur temple and get the best access to view it from distance (if you wish to go into the park entrance ticket required at RM 130 pp). The tour ends when you back at your hotel.

Exploring Yogyakarta - the city radiates an extraordinary charm from its historical urban design and cultural tradition that is still well-preserved until now. Roam around the area of The Royal Palace of Keraton and admire the aesthetic to get a grasp of Java in its glorious past of its nearby Water Castle. Later, you will be transported back to an ancient time where ritual and culture dominated every part of life, as you will be visiting UNESCO’s World Heritage site the Prambanan Temple. Built in 9th Century, the most beautiful and largest Hindu Temple in Indonesia. Nearby is Candi Ijo which will be visited too. Ijo temple (Green Temple) was built between 10th to 11th centuries CE during the Mataram Kingdom period. Standing on top of the temple are and enjoy the panoramic view its surrounding landscape view and amazing Sunset view in the late afternoon.
