Booking Procedures:

  1. Kindly fill in the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM and email the Flight Itinerary & Passport Copy to for reservation.  
  2. For Non-Malaysian / Foreigner, kindly complete the application at
  3. Our Customer Service Team will confirm the room availability and send you a payment link for:
    1. Hotel stay
    2. 2xPCR Test: (RM150x2) for Malaysian | (RM250x2) for Non-Malaysian / Foreigner
    3. Operational Fee RM2600 for Non-Malaysian / Foreigner
    4. Airport transfer (if applicable)
  4. Upon completion of hotel payment, our customer service team will proceed with the hotel booking and send you the hotel service voucher and PCR test QR code. 
  5. The first PCR test will be done upon arrival at the airport and the 2nd test to be repeated on the 10th day at the hotel.
  6. Please ensure you download the MySejahtera APP and print out the hotel service voucher and PCR test QR code to present at the airport upon entry.

Cancellation Policies:

  • Travellers may be subject to other cancellation penalties depending on individual hotel reservation policy.
  • In the unfortunate event the client's PCR test show COVID19 positive prior to their scheduled flight, refunds and postponement are subject to individual hotel policy with written and supporting documents.
  • All reservations secured with prepayment made are deemed non-refundable but amendable with supporting documents. In the event of:
    • Flight cancellation and no rescheduling of flight is made, the hotel shall require the supporting documents to support a refund application. However, the application is subject to approval from the hotel management.
    • Flight cancellation and rescheduling of flight by airlines, hotel booking is non-refundable but the modification of stay period is allowed. This credit is not transferable to any other parties.
  •  Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to charge you an administration fee of not more than RM100 per person to cover the administration costs incurred by Mayflower Holidays Sdn Bhd for all amendments or cancellations.
  • In the event of cancellation, the refund amount will be in the form of "Travel Wallet". Any handling fees incurred are non-refundable. Mayflower Holidays Sdn. Bhd. will evaluate the specific case and has the absolute right to decide should it be refunded.
