Best Price Guarantee is only valid if:
1. The transaction is made in MYR
2.  Payment has been completed
3. Booking is not currently in the claim process
4. Booking has never been claimed before
5. Booking has not been canceled or in the process of cancellation
6. Within 24 hours after Booking Confirmation ID received for claim submission
7. Hotel Bookings via www.mayflower.com.my B2C platform (through hotel cross-sell EDM) only, not applicable for agent bookings. 

Best Price Guarantee
Mayflower offers you the following “Best Price Guarantee”. If you have reserved a hotel room through Mayflower and then show us that you can book the same room for the same dates and conditions at a lower rate that is viewable and bookable on another website, we will, at our sole discretion, credit the difference into your Travel Wallet account. If you do not have a Travel Wallet account, you will need to create one before we credit to your account. 

Submitting a Claim
Please collect the following information before completing the BPG Form (Best Price Guarantee Claim Form)

• Your Mayflower Booking Confirmation ID.
• The address of the website where you found a better rate.
• The name of the hotel, city, and country.
• Up to three screenshots of the competitor site in which the room availability, room type, promotion type, and room rate for the required dates of your stay are clearly indicated.

 Mayflower agent will review the claim to determine if it can be processed or if more information is needed. If the customer does not respond within 3 days of the initial request for more information, the claim may be closed. 
• PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make an actual booking on the competitor website.

Terms and Conditions
1. Our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings only. You must provide us with your Mayflower Booking Confirmation ID within 24 hours after booking confirmation ID receive in order to make a claim. Our agent shall reply to you within 3 working days after complete claim form submitted. Please take note that Mayflower shall not responsible for below claim submission : 

a. Incomplete claim form submitted. 
b. Incomplete documents / screenshots submitted. 
c. Claim form submission time is more than 24 hours upon booking made.

2. The following conditions must apply to the lower price submitted:

• Same property
• Same check-in and check-out dates
• Same room and bed type
• Same or more flexible cancellation and amendment policies
• The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time Mayflower's agent checks availability
• Same or higher room occupancy (e.g., number of adults, number of children)
• Same or superior benefits (e.g., breakfast, meal plan, spa inclusion)
• Same currency (MYR)
• Prices must be the final rate including taxes and service fees

3. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards, including frequent flyer miles redemption, or unpublished rates such as:

• Private rates
• Packaged rates
• Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
• Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes:

- Corporate discount rates
- Group or meeting rates
- Loyalty programs
- Any rates requiring membership,(e.g., AAA or AARP rates)

4. Mayflower has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same property, room type, or dates and that it meets all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.

5. Our “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. Mayflower reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Price Guarantee” at any time.
