Established in 1960, Mayflower is the leading total travel service specialist in Malaysia offering a diversified range of services. Our vision is “To Be Recognized as The Most Respected and Preferred Partner in the Travel Industry”.

We have an extensive sales network globally serving 64 countries, supported by more than 300 foreign and 500 local partners, working with our dedicated sales team. Mayflower’s excellent travel infrastructure is one of the most comprehensive in the travel industry.

Mayflower’s progress and success in meeting its vision is evident. From 2000 to 2007, the number of travelers handled by Mayflower’s businesses increased by approximately 350% with the number of travelers handled in 2007 at 193,000. Sales revenue increased averagely 150% year-on-year recording RM479.7 million for the same year with healthy returns. With the business volume, Mayflower is able to leverage on our purchasing power from suppliers securing among the most competitive rates available in the marketplace. We work with some of the most established and reputable hotels and ground operators around the world and a large pool of local companies, international companies and MNCs in Malaysia.

With a staff force of more than 500, over 1,000 vehicles of different makes and models, and supported by a network of 12 offices and branches and 4 airport counters throughout Malaysia, we continuously provide our clients with a pleasant and delightful trip.

Mayflower has received many recognition, awards, certifications, appreciation and compliments from the industry, business partners and satisfied customers. It is worth to note that Mayflower has won the Malaysia Airlines Top Agent Award of Excellence for 6 consecutive years from 2001 to 2006. Winning the Malaysian Tourism Awards for Best Tour Operator and Best Tour program 2005/2006, The BrandLaureate SMEs Asia Pacific Chapter in 2007 for best brand in tours and travel, and the Industry Excellence Award for Services in 2007 by the Ministry of International Trade & Industry are further testimonies of Mayflower’s commitment and contribution towards the development of tourism in Malaysia.

As a recognized member of the American Express Travel Services Network International since 1979, Mayflower has a representative invited to sit on the American Express Global Travel Network Advisory Board, being one of two Asian representatives on the Board.
