1) 1) Rates, Prices and Validity
a) All rates quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
b) Accommodation Package Rates (Schedule 1) are valid from 28 July 2007 to 03 August 2008 only and  subject to a minimum of four (04) nights’ stay consecutively.
c)Hotel room rates for extension stay (Schedule 2) shall apply from 04 August 2008 to 15 August 2008.

2) Booking Procedures
Bookings and enquiries must be in writing and be directed to:‐

3) Confirmation of Booking
Each booking shall not be deemed to be confirmed until and unless Mayflower Acme Tours shall have issued its confirmation in writing.

4) Payment Mode
Payment shall be made to MAYFLOWER ACME TOURS SDN BHD by electronic transfer in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

When making payment, please advise us our booking reference and/or invoice number, the total amount remitted with a detailed breakdown of the amount paid, your banker and the corresponding bank in Malaysia. A copy to Mayflower Acme Tours of the remittance advice obtained from your bank will also facilitate in the clearance of payment from our local bank.

5) Payment Amount
Payment amount received must be as per invoice amount due to Mayflower Acme Tours. Mayflower Acme Tours reserves the right to charge any balance of short payment due to incurred bank charges. Bank charges are to be borne by the payer.

6) Cancellations, Partial Cancellations and “No Show”
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges:‐

Days before Arrival   Cancellation Charges   Less than 30 days   100% of the total amount   No show   100% of the total amount

7) “No Show”
In the event of a “No Show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for room/services not utilized.

8) Cancellation Procedures
Mayflower Acme Tours must be notified in writing of any cancellation by fax or electronic mail. A notice is only considered to have been served provided that an acknowledgement and acceptance by Mayflower Acme Tours is obtained. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt or acceptance of the cancellation notice. Mayflower Acme Tours will not entertain any request for waiver of cancellation charges or refunds (where applicable) for non-compliance of this procedures.
